Delete Account
FiveRiyal (FIVE RIYAL TRADING) lets you delete your account and the personal data linked to it at any time.
How to request deletion
- In the FiveRiyal app, open Account, then Settings, and choose Delete Account. You can also send us a request from the Contact page on fiveriyal.com using the email address of your account.
- We confirm the request by email to make sure it comes from the account owner.
- Your account is deleted within 30 days of confirmation.
Data that is deleted
Your name, email address, phone number, saved delivery addresses, wishlist and account login.
Data that we keep
Order and invoice records are kept for the period required by Qatari commercial and tax law, and then deleted. Anonymous statistics that cannot identify you may be kept.
If you only want part of your data removed (for example a saved address), send the same request and say which data you want deleted.
